WHO CAN REGISTER IN ZAOREE AS ​​AN ADVERTISER?

Any person over 18 years of age from any part of the world or any company from anywhere in the world.

WHAT SHOULD I DO TO REGISTER IN ZAOREE AS ​​AN ADVERTISER?

You just have to enter your email address and your password. You can change that password whenever you want within your Control Panel.

GENERAL

WHAT ADVANTAGES DO THE BRANDS HAVE WHEN ADVERTISING IN ZAOREE?

At Zaoree, advertisers have four great advantages:

1. The advertiser has up to 6 ways to interact with the user on a single platform:

  • • With full-screen background images.
  • • With full-screen background videos.
  • • With visits to its website.
  • • With the display of videos in full screen in the foreground that the user will have to see complete.
  • • With Contact Forms so that the advertiser can directly contact the user.
  • • With Surveys for the user to do. If the user is asked for contact information within the Survey, the advertiser can directly contact the user.

2. Prices are up to 15 times lower than in the rest of search engines.

3. There is no auction: the prices are fixed and therefore known in advance.

4. Thanks to the fact that users have registered to be able to get paid, Zaoree has a very thorough knowledge of the user, which allows the advertiser to make a very deep segmentation of their campaigns, much more than in the rest of the search engines. Thus, the advertiser can segment their campaigns by the normal parameters in other search engines (query, age, sex, device, time slot, location) and also, by the following parameters:

  • • Nationality.
  • • Civil status.
  • • Level of studies.
  • • Employment status.
  • • Children.
  • • Interests and hobbies.

WHAT LIMITATIONS HAS ZAOREE IMPLEMENTED TO PREVENT ABUSES FROM USERS?

There are different types of abuses, for which we have implemented different actions:

  • • Use of Bots: we have implemented an anti-bot system to detect them.
  • • That a user performs the action proposed by the advertiser repeatedly. The advertiser, at the time of creating the ad, can limit the number of times a user can perform the proposed action based on three factors:
  • o Per day.
  • o Per month.
  • o By campaign.

Therefore, the advertiser will limit it. For example, if the advertiser has defined in his campaign that a user can only make one visit to his page per day, this action will appear to the user (as long as he fulfills all the ad's targeting parameters, of course) until he completes the visit. Once you have made it, it will no longer appear until 24 hours later, so it is impossible for the user to return to do the visit before, since it does not even appear on your screen.

  • • That a user performs the action proposed by the advertiser simply because he is paid, without having any interest in the action itself. Given this, the only thing the advertiser can do is segment the campaign well, to ensure that all those who take the action are the users that really interest the advertiser.
  • • In the specific case of full screen videos:
  • o A user closes the video window before they finish watching it. The user will not be paid or the advertiser will be charged for the action.
  • o For a user to manually advance the video to the end. The user will not be paid or the advertiser will be charged for the action.

WHAT ARE MY OBLIGATIONS AS AN ADVERTISER?

You basically have three different types of obligations:

  • • Not to fake your identity by pretending to be any other person or entity.
  • • Likewise, the dissemination, storage and / or management of data or contents that infringe the rights of third parties or any regulatory regulations of intellectual or industrial property rights is prohibited.
  • • Not to use Zaoree for outlaw activities, morality and public order, as well as for prohibited purposes or that violate or damage the rights of third parties.

HOW DOES  ZAOREE TREAT MY PERSONAL DATA?

It is perfectly explained in our Privacy Policy.

In summary: we will not pass your data to third parties, unless there is prior consent or a legal obligation to do so.

We can give them to those third parties that will only allow us to develop our services, such as external IT services, hosting services, accounting and labor management, etc.

CAMPAIGNS PRICES

HOW DOES  ZAOREE FIX THE CAMPAIGNS´ PRICES?

Zaoree has a fixed price for each type of action, so the advertiser can know in advance of the launch of his campaign how much he will pay for each user's action.

This differentiates us from the rest of search engines, which fix their prices by auction, which has two important consequences:

  • • The advertiser can not know in advance what he will pay for the user's action, he only has one orientation.
  • • The prices you end up paying for actions are getting higher, because the competition between advertisers to appear in the top positions means that prices are constantly rising.

Of course, the price of the campaign types may be modified by Zaoree with sufficient notice in advance, and such modification will only have an effect on the campaigns that are created after the entry into force of the new prices.

WHAT DEPENDS ON THE PRICE OF EACH TYPE OF CAMPAIGN?

It only depends on one factor: the country where you want your campaign to be seen. Zaoree has a Price Rate that varies by country, although there are many countries with the same price that are grouped. See the Zaoree Price Rates here.

CAN I SELECT COUNTRIES WITH A DIFFERENT PRICE RATE DURING THE SAME CAMPAIGN?

Yes, the system accounts for the actions and charges a price or another according to the country where the action was taken.

PAYMENTS

WHERE DO I SEE THE CREDIT I​ CURRENTLY HAVE IN ZAOREE?

In the upper right corner of your Control Panel.

IN WHAT WAYS CAN I RAISE CREDIT TO ZAOREE TO LAUNCH MY CAMPAIGNS?

In three ways:

  • • Through Credit Card.
  • • Through PayPal.
  • • Making a transfer to the Zaoree account.

FOR HOW LONG CAN I USE THAT BALANCE?

There is no time limit: you can use your credit whenever you want, it never expires.

WHAT IF I DO NOT USE THAT CREDIT?

While you have your Advertiser account open, you can use your credit. But if you unsubscribe your account, you will lose the credit that the account has.

DOES  ZAOREE RETURN ME THE CREDIT IF I AM NOT GOING TO USE IT?

No, you can use your credit whenever you want, but we do not refund the credit raised to Zaoree.

WHERE CAN I SEE THE RECORD OF THE PAYMENTS I HAVE DONE?

Within your Control Panel, in the Payments tab, you will see all the data of the payments made: date, method of payment, status and amount.

WHERE DO I HAVE THE BILLS FOR THE PAYMENTS MADE?

Within your Control Panel, in the Payments tab, you can download all invoices of all payments made.

CREATION OF CAMPAIGNS

WHAT IS THE PROCESS TO LAUNCH A CAMPAIGN?

The process is the following:

  • • First, register as an advertiser.
  • • Second, fill in your information on the Account tab.
  • • Third, add credit in the Add Credit tab.
  • • Fourth, you can now create and launch a campaign on the Ads tab.

HOW MANY CAMPAIGNS CAN I CREATE SIMULTANEOUSLY?

All you want, there is no limit.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE BALANCE IS DEPLETED?

The campaigns that you have in motion will be paralyzed, moving to the "Enabled, but without credit" status.

As soon as you raise credit, those campaigns will resume automatically.

HOW CAN I EDIT OR CHANGE ANY PARAMETER OF A CAMPAIGN IN PROGRESS? WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO IT?

Within the Control Panel, in the Ads tab, you only have to press the pencil symbol to edit the campaign data.

If you edit some data, two things can happen:

  • • If the edited data is key to the campaign, it will go to the "In Review" status, and will have to be verified before the campaign is launched again. As soon as it is verified, it will go to the "Active" state.
  • • If the edited data is not key to the campaign, it will remain in the "Active" state and will remain visible to users who meet the indicated segmentation.

HOW DO I PAUSE A CAMPAIGN?

Within the Control Panel, in the Ads tab, you only have to press the pencil symbol to edit the campaign data. The first data that appears to you to edit is the Current Status: there you can pass it from "Active" to "Paused".

HOW DO I ELIMINATE A CAMPAIGN?

Within the Control Panel, in the Ads tab, you only have to click on the symbol of the X to delete the campaign.

WHERE DO I SEE THE STATISTICS OF MY CAMPAIGNS?

On the Control Panel tab.

HOW DO ZAOREE ORDER CAMPAIGNS IF, AT A TIME GIVEN, THERE ARE MANY CAMPAIGNS WHO WANT TO APPEAR TO THE SAME USER?

In Zaoree we have created an algorithm that follows the following process to decide which ads to show to the users:

  • • First, it locates all users that match the targeting defined by the advertiser for that particular ad.
  • • Then, orders those users based on the match between the keyword entered in your search and the one defined when the ad was created.
  • • Finally, show ads that take longer without showing up before.

CREATION OF BACKGROUND IMAGE CAMPAIGNS

WHAT ARE THE TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS NEEDED ON IMAGES TO MAKE A COMPLETE BACKGROUND PICTURE CAMPAIGN?

The images you upload have to meet two conditions:

  • • That its resolution is a maximum of 1920 x 1080 pixels.
  • • That its size is a maximum of 2 MB.

CREATION OF VIDEO CAMPAIGNS

WHAT ARE THE TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS NEEDED ON VIDEOS TO MAKE A VIDEO CAMPAIGN?

It depends, if the campaign is full screen Video Background, there is no special requirement. On the other hand, if the campaign is for Full Video, the duration of the video can not be longer than 30 seconds.

WHAT KIND OF VIDEOS CAN I UPLOAD TO ZAOREE TO LAUNCH MY VIDEO CAMPAIGNS?

You can currently upload videos of your property that are hosted on YouTube or Vimeo and that do not have ads. This is very important: the videos have to be uploaded to the platform (YouTube or Vimeo) as "non-monetizable" or "without ads" videos.

WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO KNOW IF A VIDEO HAS ACTIVATED MONETIZATION?

If your video is of Vimeo, it will not have monetization activated, that is, it will not have publicity, if your account is Vimeo Plus, PRO, Business or Premium. On the other hand, if your account is Vimeo Basic, it will have publicity.

WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO DEACTIVATE THE MONETIZATION IN A VIDEO THAT HAS BEEN ACTIVATED?

If your video is from Vimeo, you only have to pass your Basic account (with advertising) to Plus, PRO, Business or Premium (without advertising).

WHAT HAPPENS IF I UPLOAD A VIDEO THAT HAS ADVERTISING?

Before launching the video, it is verified manually, and if it is seen to have publicity, the campaign will be "In Review" and a notification will be sent to you to correct the problem.

FISCAL ISSUES

DOES ZAOREE CHARGE ME VAT?

It depends, there are two cases:

  • • VAT is charged if:
  • o The advertiser has his fiscal domicile in the peninsular Spain or the Balearic Islands.
  • o For advertisers with fiscal domicile in the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla or in any country outside the EU, when the user, when performing the action, is in mainland Spain or the Balearic Islands.
  • o The advertiser has his fiscal domicile in any EU country and is not registered in the Registry of Intra-Community Operators (RIO).
  • • VAT is not charged in the rest of the cases.
  • IF YOU HAVE COLLECTED THE VAT, CAN I DRAW IT?

They can deduct VAT in the following cases:

  • • Companies with fiscal domicile in Spain, except those that are exempt from VAT.
  • • Companies with fiscal domicile in the EU that are NOT registered in the RIO.
  • • Companies with fiscal domicile outside the EU whose countries have signed an agreement to refund VAT with Spain.

 In all other cases, you can not deduct VAT.

UNSUBSCRIBE

WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO UNSUBSCRIBE IN ZAOREE?

You just have to go to your Control Panel, to the Account tab and click on Unsubscribe.

FOR HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL  MY UNSUBSCRIBE APPLICATION IS EFFECTIVE?

Between 24 and 48 hours.

WHAT IF AT THE TIME OF APPLYING FOR THE UNSUBSCRIPTION I STILL HAVE CREDIT WITHIN ZAOREE?

If at the request to unsubscribe you have credit within Zaoree, you will lose it, so we recommend that you first spend it on a campaign.

AMBASSADORS

WHO CAN BE AN AMBASSADOR?

Look in the Ambassadors section.

CAN AN ADVERTISER BE AN AMBASSADOR?

Yes.

WHO CAN AN ADVERTISER-AMBASSADOR BRING?

Exactly the same as if an user is an Ambassador, an advertiser can bring users and / or companies: they only have to register with your Ambassador's Code.

WHAT CAN AN ADVERTISER-AMBASSADOR MAKE WITH THE MONEY EARNED BY BEING IT?

The money you earn for your activity as an Ambassador will be added directly to the money you have in your advertiser account, where you can use it to launch the campaigns you want. As the credit you enter in the platform, it will not be possible to return the balance generated by your activity as an ambassador.

HOW CAN I PROMOTE MY AMBASSADOR´S CODE AMONG MY CONTACTS WHEN I AM A COMPANY OR AN NGO?

In the case of a company on an NGO, the fact of being an Ambassador can be very useful for having an extra income simply by spreading your Ambassador's Code among its database of:

  • • Clients: both individuals and other companies.
  • • Suppliers.
  • • Workers.
  • • Partners.

THEN, ZAOREE AMBASSADORS´SYSTEM IS A PYRAMIDAL ONE?

No. It would be pyramidal if you earn money with the work of Ambassador of your embassy users, but in Zaoree it is not like that: you will only get 15% of your activity as users or as advertisers, not as Ambassadors. If they become Ambassadors, what they gain from being Ambassadors will not get you anything.
